LEARN MORE

Teams are made up of individuals who have accumulated different experiences, skills and knowledge over the course of their lives.

Values and norms also shape the character of each individual team member. For successful cooperation it is important to recognize the different imprints of each individual and to use them in the best possible way.

Create high-performance teams

At PREDICTA|ME we focus on the perception of cooperation within a group. Among other things, behavioral patterns, communication patterns and skills of team members are identified. As a result, team roles and team member competencies can be identified thus making teams and organizations more efficient and effective. After all, teams that are composed sensibly perform better, are more creative and are stronger in their implementation.

The behavior of effective teams

If you look at team sports of all kinds, you notice again and again that only the team  with the best cooperation is successful, not the team with the best individual players.

What matters is cohesion, efficient communication, respect, a culture of feedback and the willingness to cooperate.

Celebrating successes in the community, learning from defeats and sometimes letting others have the ball contributes to the satisfaction of needs and personality development.

Team Roles

In sports, as in well-functioning companies, what matters is the fit in the team, the fit of the group members to their position and to their leader.

If each individual is aware of his or her strengths and weaknesses, of his or her opinions and values, then everyone can make a decisive, meaningful contribution.

Perfectly positioned teams

AUTONO CO-PILOT

Each team is made up of individuals with specific personality traits, motives and experiences. For the best possible cooperation, knowledge about the respective role that the team member takes on is of great importance.

Our science-based analyzes identify existing competencies and compare them with the required competencies. The respective roles in the team are surveyed and, in addition,  opportunities and barriers within the team are analyzed. Appropriate suggestions for action promote productivity and team spirit.

Because only perfectly adjusted teams can achieve great things!
